Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
For students applying with a pre-graduation certificate, the expected graduation date must be stated and the graduation certificate must be obtained before the entry date.*6. Transcript of all courses at the highest educational level (must be stamped with the official seal of the school).

*7. Medical examination form for international students.
Applicants should strictly follow the items required in the Physical Examination Form for International Students. The "Medical Examination Form for International Students" with missing items, no photo or stamp on the photo, or without the signature and stamp of the physician and hospital is invalid. The examination result is valid for 6 months (must be within the validity period at the time of application).
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
